Terra Nova Tours - E-bike Auripo to Chatto Creek

Terra Nova specialises mainly in group tours and mostly in the German Market. They also own a tour company called Green Spot.

The run sheet is as follows:

1. We meet in Auripo at 10am - The Guest Experience Manager will be there from 0930hrs unloading and setting up. Heights will be provided in advance. Note: This can be changed to meet your ideal timings as required.

2. Our Guest Experience Manager would be set up to give a route and safety briefing on the bikes, get their seat heights right, get them riding, take a group photo

3. We will give your drivers an end point ‘Chatto Creek Tavern’ to meet us and the guests

4. We would provide a company phone number to the rider’s for support and make ourselves visible on the trail where possible.

5. We would meet the riders at Chatto Creek with a BIG smile, take their bikes etc

6. The Guest Experience Manager would settle the bill for the main courses with Chatto Creek (Riders plus guides - $25 per person)

7. Our GEM would depart from Chatto Creek leaving you to continue on your own timings

8. Minimum Group level to make this work is 8 riders (which I am assuming is lower than your number to run the holiday)

9. The only assistance required from your driver or guide may be a little marshalling assistance at Chatto Creek Tavern ie sitting on a gate directing the riders into the pub area.
